About Us

The Regional Coordination Operations Centre (RCOC) is a key pillar of the MASE programme, based in Seychelles. The mission of the RCOC is to coordinate maritime operations in the Eastern and Southern Africa and Indian Ocean (ESA-IO) region. It facilitates operational coordination and rapid response to maritime threats, working alongside the RMIFC to ensure effective maritime security.
